Cooking: Beef Satay Burgers (Lite)

Since the chicken satay burgers turned out so well we decided to try it out with ground beef instead. Justyn thinks these turned out better than the chicken albeit they are more high in fat. Hm, I don't know.. I think I like the chicken ones better. Anyway, it uses the same ingrediants except for the beef so if you want the recipe it's below this post. The burger works well with cucumber as a topper as well.
It was another lovely Spring day so we ate outside again. Ah....
