Cooking: Chicken Marsala

I recently saw Chef John's (of foodwishes.blogspot.com) Chicken Marsala recipe. It looked really good and even made it onto tastespotting.com so I decided to make it for Sunday dinner. It's a fairly easy recipe if you follow Chef John's video directions. You can watch the video here: http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2007/09/even-more-delicious-testing-with.html

Here's how it turned out. It was pretty flavorful, but Justyn felt that I should have cooked the chicken and sauce further to marry the flavors more. I thought it was pretty good, althought it needed a little more seasoning. I may put this in my collection of recipes for weekday dinners since it was so easy and quick to make.

No cooking adventures? But you have been enjoying food all the same :P
Food is just isn't about cooking, right?

I thought Chicken Marsala is an Indian dish and should look red in color? Is it the same as Chicken Tikka Masala?

RM - Chicken Masala is very different from Chicken Marsala.

Masala = very red Indian chicken normally made in a tandoori oven (I think)

Marsala = chicken in sweet wine sauce.. Marsala is a type of wine.
