Cooking: Clay Pot Chicken Rice

Well guys... I'm happy to announce that I've gotten my cooking chops back. This wasn't such a complex dish to make but still.


I wanted to be able to fully concentrate on what I was doing so I didn't do a step by step picture instruction. Here are the ends results though. This turned out SO good! I'm really happy :D
