Cooking: Honey Ginger Chicken Skewers

I should probably label these "Cooking Fail" because that's exactly what they are. I started marinating the chicken in oyster sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, orange juice and pepper. I thought they'd be fine overnight. Boy, was I wrong.

They look good right? Well, they are. Except for the texture. These turned out with the texture of liver. Yeah, talk about overmarination. Oh well. Lesson learned.. when the recipe says to marinate something for 3-4 hours, that's exactly what they mean.
