Justyn Cooking: Asian Short Ribs

Last night Justyn wanted to use the slow cooker to make dinner but didn't have any idea as to what to make. I had been wanting to try this recipe: after seeing it on tastespotting so I suggested it. He said it looked absolutely amazing so that's what he made.

Unfortunately, he didn't start the slow cooker until 1pm and by 6pm we were starving. The mouthwatering smell from the slow cooker didn't help either. He skipped the step of taking out the ribs to reduce the sauce but it turned out sooooo good anyway. He also added lamb neck pieces which I preferred more than the short ribs.

I can't wait until lunch! Leftovers here we come!
