A Year in Cards - Cards as Gifts

For this homework/challenge I decided to make a hairclip out of some leftover fabric I bought from purlsoho.com. Their fabrics have a nice modern twist to them.. tons better than what I've been seeing at local stores. Anyway, I stitched some folded circles together and then simply glued it onto a plain hairclip. The hairclip detaches from the card. I kinda like the muted colors used here.. it kinda matches the hairclip don't you think?
