Cooking: Tuna Noodle Casserole

I have no idea what posessed me to want to make tuna noodle casserole.. oh wait.. I remember. It was Chef John once again making me drool at his amazing recipes.

I've actually never tasted tuna noodle casserole but that's pretty normal considering I was raised by a Chinese parents.

I made this tonight and it was delicious. Most of you know that I hate peas but I thought they actually went quite well with the casserole.
